Event Overview
The All India Karate-Do Championship is a two-day national tournament bringing together India’s finest karatekas to compete with discipline, respect and true budō spirit. The championship features matches across multiple age groups and abilities with professional tatami setups and certified officials.

Divisions: Sub-Junior, Cadet, Junior, Senior & Para
Event Types: Individual Kata, Individual Kumite, Team Kata, Team Kumite
Rules & Safety
All bouts will be conducted as per KIO/WKF competition standards. Mandatory protective equipment is required for Kumite. A dedicated medical desk and first-aid support will be available throughout the event.

Awards & Certification
Category winners will receive medals and trophies. All registered competitors will be eligible for certificates of participation. Special recognitions may include Best Dojo and Best Athlete awards.
Eligibility & Documents
Competitors must be bona fide students of a recognized dojo/association and present a valid ID card. Age will be verified against official documents (school ID/Aadhaar/passport). Coaches must carry association authorization.
Reporting & Schedule
Detailed pooling, bout order and reporting times will be shared with confirmed participants by email/SMS before the event. On arrival, athletes must complete verification at the registration desk and proceed to the warm-up area as directed by officials.
Code of Conduct
YGKT promotes a respectful, fair and athlete-first environment. Unsporting behavior by players, coaches or spectators will not be tolerated. Please follow all venue guidelines and instructions from marshals and referees.
Registration
Online registration is required to secure a slot. Limited on-spot entries may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion if categories are not full. Bring your payment proof and ID for quick check-in.
